Booking Policy

How to book

We require the first nights costs as confirmation of booking. This can be made by cheque, made out to Bryn Barn or by card payment by phone. 01664 464783

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of booking must be made by phone to Glena Rowlands on 01664 464783. No cancellation fee is charged if more than 14 days notice is given.

If the notice period is less than 14 but more than 7 days, then the first nights cost only is charged per room booked.

If less than 7 days notice is given than our policy is to charge for the entire stay unless the room can be re sold. Any alteration to this is entirely up to the owner Glena Rowlands.
